These terms outline the rules for using our website www.damu.uk (“the Website”) and for booking treatments and services at DAMU (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking or attending any treatment, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Website or book any service with DAMU.
We recommend that you print or save a copy of these terms for future reference.

OUR SERVICES
DAMU provides luxury spa and wellness treatments including, but not limited to, massages, facials, and body treatments.
All treatments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website, by email, or in person at our London spa.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All clients must be 18 years or older to book or receive treatments at DAMU.
We reserve the right to request photographic identification upon arrival to verify age.
BOOKINGS
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for consultation and relaxation prior to treatment.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session, without any reduction in fee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in the full charge being retained.
In the unlikely event that DAMU must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling your treatment or receiving a full refund.
HEALTH, SAFETY & WELLBEING
Your wellbeing is our priority. To ensure the safest and most comfortable experience, please inform us before your treatment of:
Any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies
Pregnancy or recent childbirth
Skin sensitivities or ongoing treatments (e.g., medications or procedures that affect your skin or circulation)
DAMU reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for your condition.
Our therapists are fully qualified and operate to the highest professional and hygiene standards. We use professional-grade products only.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests, please:
Switch off or silence mobile phones upon entering the spa
Refrain from loud conversation or disruptive behaviour
Treat all team members and guests with respect
Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment and removal from the premises, without refund.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers may be purchased directly from DAMU.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or expired vouchers will not be reissued.
DAMU WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
The Website is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only.
All text, images, designs, and content on the Website are the intellectual property of DAMU and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
We do not guarantee that the Website or its content will always be available or uninterrupted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we take every precaution to ensure your comfort and safety, DAMU accepts no liability for:
Any loss or injury resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information; or
Any damage to personal belongings brought into the spa.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
DAMU reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Revised terms will be posted on our Website and apply from the date of publication.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law.
If you are a consumer, you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
WAIVER
No failure or delay by DAMU to exercise any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
